1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bte33 platform ("Platform", "Site") and its user ("User", "Member", "You"). By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on this platform, you fully accept all the terms described below.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Management

When creating an account on the bte33 platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts will be closed.

3.3 Account Security

• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
• The responsibility for account security rests entirely with the user.

3.4 Account Verification

bte33 may request identity verification (KYC) at any stage. If this process is not completed, deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits may be restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited at bte33 via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Deposited funds can only be withdrawn to the same account from which they were deposited.
• Depositing via a third-party account is prohibited.
• bte33 reserves the right to verify any transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to complete a withdrawal successfully:

• The account must be fully verified.
• For winnings from bonuses, wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if an active investigation or security check is ongoing.
• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at bte33, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Another example: deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are valid for a specific period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• Each user may claim a bonus offer only once.
• When using a bonus code, the specific terms of the relevant promotion also apply.
• bte33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of fraud or abuse is found, bte33 may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

All bets placed on bte33 are considered final once confirmed. bte33 reserves the right to cancel bets due to technical errors or misleading information.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, please keep the following in mind:

• Pre-match bets close before the game begins.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly; bets must be confirmed at acceptable odds.
• If a match is cancelled or unresolved, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to bte33's rules.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games are operated by third-party game provider software. These games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. bte33 has no control over game results.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a bet or game session remains unresolved due to internet disconnection or a technical fault, bte33 will make a decision based on its stored records.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bte33 platform:

• Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts or registering under different identities for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Match fixing or associated betting: placing a bet with prior knowledge that the outcome of an event has been predetermined.
• Money laundering: depositing funds obtained from illegal sources onto the platform.
• Use of automated software (bots): using automated programs or scripts to operate an account.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Harassment or attempted fraud against other users.
• Operating an account with false or incomplete information.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bte33 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, images, and other materials — is owned by bte33 or used under a third-party licence. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content is prohibited without written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

bte33 provides its services as a safe and reliable platform. However, bte33 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Internet disconnection or issues related to the user's device.
• Loss resulting from the user's own carelessness or negligence.
• Software faults from third-party game providers.
• Unexpected technical disruptions beyond bte33's control.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

In any circumstance, bte33's maximum liability will be limited to the valid deposits held in the user's account.

11.2 Closure by the User
